Frequently Asked Questions

If I fill in the contact form asking a general question, am I committed to ordering a drawing?

No, I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and I am always up for a general chat.

What standard of quality do you expect from my photograph?

I aim to produce your drawing to the best of my ability. In the rare case that a photograph sent to me is too blurry or vague, then I will take a look and see if I can work with the image. If the image isn't a good quality there is no need to worry! I will send you some sample images through an email, as an example of an acceptable photograph.

What is the ordering procedure if I would like a drawing?

Please click on the 'Contact' Page and complete the information form.. In the 'Contact' page there is a heading entitled 'Commission Procedure'. There you will find a step by step guide explaining the whole progress.

How do I know which paper size to choose from?

I would advise that you first consider how much you would like to pay for your drawing, and let me know what size you would prefer. Once I see your photograph, I will be able to confirm whether the paper size requested would be too big, too small or just right for the shape and quality of your photograph.

How do I contact you?

You can fill out a Contact Form located on my 'Contact' page, or email directly to bekahmorris.outlook.com . You could also private message me on my Facebook page entitled 'Bekah Morris - Art and Photography'. If you order a drawing, I will send you regular emails throughout the drawing process to keep you updated.

How do I receive the drawing once it is finished?

I send most drawings through a Recorded Delivery, however if you live locally and would rather pick the drawing up from my home, then you are more than welcome! You could also request for a Special Delivery if this is preferred.

Is the delivery cost included in the commission price?

The delivery cost is not included in the commission prices. The total cost of the delivery will be emailed once the drawing is finished and ready to be sent to you.

How is my drawing packaged?

Your drawing is rolled up into a postal tube and sealed securely at both ends or the drawing will be sealed and thickly padded.

Do you ship outside the UK?

I currently do not ship any drawings internationally. However, please do not hesitate to contact me if you are an international customer. With a good chat over email or social media, it is possible to ship your drawing outside the UK.

What payment system do you use?

I currently use direct bank transfer or Paypal as my payment system. My account details will be provided through an email.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

I am confident that you will be 100% happy with your drawing. However if you are dissatisfied with it in any way, I will offer a 50% refund on the condition that I am able to display your drawing to sell.

Do you offer a 'mount and frame' service?

Currently no. Some prefer to have the drawing delivered so that they can mount and frame it themselves. I suggest waiting till you have the finished commission before buying a mount and frame.

When do you expect my payment?

Once I have finished your drawing, I will send a photograph and if you feel completely happy with the drawing I will ask for the full payment when it is ready to be dispatched. This includes the total of the drawing and the delivery charge.

Do you sign and date your drawings?

Yes, my signature. I do this once the drawing is complete and ready to be dispatched.
